- Made from flowy powdery pink linen, the Ramona is a playful midi skirt that features an elasticated waistline and two pleats at the front as well as in the back. The bottom of the skirt ends in a lace trimmed frill.
- Mariame is wearing XS and her height is 1.73m.
- Standard length from waistline to hem is 80cms. Length can vary a few cms depending on size and the product showcased may have been altered in length to best fit the model’s height.
- This fabric is a beautiful full bodied 100% linen with great opacity even in its light nuances, it is soft to the touch & gets softer with every wash.

Comandanta Ramona was an influential member of the Zapatista Army or Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional (EZLN) in Chiapas, Mexico. Nickanmed “The Petite Warrior,” she led the Zapatistas’ initial uprising against the Mexican government, leading to to the Zapatista rebellion and the revolution of indigenous women’s rights throughout Mexico. Ramona became the most visible figure of several generations of Mayan Zapatista women who went from living in subjugation to colonialist, patriarchal and capitalist structures to being at the head of an insurgent political-military organization.
