A classic pair of palazzo pants, full length and with an elasticated waist for comfort. Super wide all around, not just flared at the bottom, so they are equally good looking and comfortable.
Product fit details
- Made from a soft organic cotton in in a beautiful navy, the Bartolina pants are wide-legged, full length and high-waisted.
- Both models are wearing S and Diane’s height is 1.68m and Anisoara’s (long hair) is 1.60m.
- Standard length from waistline to hem is 104cms (can vary a few cms depending on size, standard length was measured on size 2XL).
- A soft as butter fully opaque GOTS certified organic cotton with the most beautiful sheen – resembles a medium-thickness satin, but with a bit of a stiffer body and no plastic in sight.
- Feature an elasticated waist to ensure a comfortable fit.

Bartolina Sisa was an Indigenous Aymara woman, a trader, and a guerilla fighter who led an army of approximately 40,000 Indigenous rebels in a number of battles in the uprising against Spanish colonialism in Bolivia. Bartolina took part in the first siege of the city of La Paz alongside her husband, the indigenous leader Túpac Katari. Sadly, she was eventually captured by the Spanish and executed soon after.

These are “new” to the website, but I ordered these in the periwinkle color and requested they be made with the navy blue cotton instead, so I’ve had them for a little over a month now. They’re so comfortable! I was able to get the inseam customized so I can wear them with flats, or higher-heeled shoes without worrying able the hem dragging on the ground, watch I prefer. The cotton fabric has a lovely muted shine to it, and is a bold blue without looking too bright. And the pockets are nice and deep, too!
Just overall a lovely pair of pants.
